Our client is a Massachusetts-based construction and development firm with an integrated, hands-on approach to delivering projects from early planning through construction and closeout. This company is currently seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to take ownership of day-to-day field operations and help deliver high-quality construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Multifamily Superintendent will provide overall field leadership for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a general contractor or construction manager.
• Strong preference for experience delivering multifamily, mixed-use, and some single-family residential construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily field operations, subcontractors, sequencing, schedules, and site logistics.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, ownership, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and field documentation.
• Proven focus on jobsite safety, quality control, schedule management, and subcontractor accountability.
• Ability to identify field issues early and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where Superintendents are expected to take ownership of the project.
