Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About Us
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Teacher to support and guide preschool‑age children in a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich learning environment. Our program is built around hands‑on exploration, social‑emotional learning, and a curriculum designed to help every child grow with confidence.
This role is ideal for an ECE‑certified educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high‑quality care and instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee a preschool classroom, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing learning space.
- Implement The Learning Experience curriculum with a focus on early literacy, social development, problem‑solving, and creativity.
- Support individual learning needs and track developmental progress.
- Communicate regularly with families to share updates, milestones, and observations.
- Partner with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative classroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety standards.
- ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
- At least 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
