Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin, MA

Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our toddler classrooms are energetic, joyful spaces where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through exploration and hands-on activities.

• Lead a classroom of toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
• Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  , focusing on language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and early academics.
• Encourage independence and help children practice self-help skills such as dressing, feeding, and toileting.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication.
• Partner with assistant teachers and leadership to maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and high classroom standards.

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (required).
• Minimum 6 months of toddler or preschool classroom experience (1 year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
