Pay range: $52,000.00/yr – $52,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or new centers.
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence‑based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, executives, and other team members.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ if located in New Jersey).
• Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
• Maintain clean background, drug screening, and driving record.
• BT: Attend 40‑hour RBT full‑time paid training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• RBT: Attend required paid training program.
