Base pay rangeThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) to identify target behaviors and treatment goals.
- Develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on assessment results and ABA principles.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as neededli>
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and consistency in interventions.
- Provide parent training and support to help families implement behavior management strategies at home.
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis practice.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must hold active Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA or in a related role.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Proficient in the use of ABA techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus.
