Position: Registered Behavior Technician (Part Time)

Base Pay Range

Child Builders ABA seeks RBTs to provide home‑based ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves close work with clients, accurate data collection, and support of behavior plan implementation. We are dedicated to high‑quality care and value the expertise of our RBTs. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in various settings (home, school, community) using the behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment.
  • Help clients acquire and improve skills in communication, socialization, self‑help, and academics.
  • Provide feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress and any observed changes in behavior.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards of behavior analysis.
Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay range: $21–$25 per hour.
  • Part‑time afternoon shift.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program preferred; the course is offered for new staff.
  • Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
