Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Clinician - Up to $5k Signing Bonus
Arbour Counseling Services is looking for a licensed or master's level clinician to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Franklin, MA. The PHP delivers short‑term, group‑based care for individuals requiring a higher level of support, emphasizing a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment.
Pay: $28.00–$38.00/hr

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct intakes and manage case and crisis situations
- Collaborate with medical providers, state agencies, mental health services, and community resources to support clients
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensure services stay within scope of training and competence
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited program (Counseling or Social Work preferred)
- License eligible (LMHC/LICSW)
- Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, or emergency room
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and with crisis clients
- Nonjudgmental, empathetic, and capable of fostering self‑efficacy with problem‑solving skills
- Ability to establish trusting relationships with compassion and insight
- Sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Strong time‑management for timely record keeping
- Eligible for U.S. employment (citizenship or legal work authorization)
- Must pass a CORI and drug test and complete other pre‑employment documentation
