DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP Developer and Data Engineer to join our team in Massachusetts or remotely on a national level. This long‑term contract position requires an individual with strong expertise in Infor Syte Line development, Power BI, and data engineering to support and enhance manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing business systems, ensuring accurate data integration, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics.
Other ERPs will be considered.
- Develop and maintain applications within Infor Syte Line using the Mongoose framework to meet operational requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, forms, and business logic to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Manage integrations between Syte Line and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Syte Line, providing detailed root‑cause analysis.
- Build and deploy reliable data engineering processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and create solutions that support decision‑making.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to visualize business performance.
- Support data governance initiatives by standardizing reporting practices and maintaining data integrity.
- Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and views to facilitate advanced analytics.
- Assist with customizations and reporting requirements within Microsoft Dynamics, integrating data where necessary.
- Proven experience with Infor Syte Line development and functional processes, including Mongoose customization.
- Strong expertise in building and managing APIs, workflows, and integrations for Syte Line.
- Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries and stored procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI for developing user‑friendly dashboards and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles and integration workflows.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and transactional data flows.
