Work as a vital member of our manufacturing team, operating press brakes to bend metal into the precise configurations required for our products.

• Accurately feed metal parts into the press brake machine.
• Produce quality products efficiently.
• Form products to correct dimensions and tolerances.
• Program complex machine settings.
• Handle tight tolerance requirements.
• Adjust machine setup as needed.
• Identify when a machine is out of tolerance.
• Use precision measuring devices efficiently.
• Inspect formed parts and perform self‑inspection on first pieces.
• Read and understand blueprints, symbols, and tolerances.
• Follow and read instructions and safety protocols.
• Switch between assignments quickly.
• Make safety a top priority.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Understanding of ISO procedures.
• Strong follow‑up of verbal and written instructions.
• Clean and organized work area.
• Team‑player willing to share knowledge.
• Adherence to ISO protocols.
• Ability to stand and concentrate for long periods.
• Adherence to shop rules and schedules.
• Excellent attendance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems to log jobs and time.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs with assistance.
• Preferred: 2‑3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
