Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a technical background, and excellent mentoring abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 2:45pm-11:15pm

Pay Range: $26.10 - $30.77 per hour depending on experience

• Analyze and troubleshoot failures using diagnostic software and testing procedures.
• Obtain working knowledge of test equipment setup and usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in processes, quality, and productivity.
• Identify complex failures and escalate issues to higher technical levels.
• Maintain test logs and highlight failure trends while identifying defective materials.

• Technical background with a relevant degree.
• Ability to move a fully loaded board rack (max load of approximately 800 lbs).
• Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 2 boards in EMC approved carriers (max load of approximately 6 lbs).
• Proficient technical aptitude with the ability to describe subsystems at a functional level.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills to influence others and achieve results.
