Shift:  Monday – Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

As a  2nd Shift CNC Machinist/Setup Operator II , you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality components that power life-saving medical devices. Work with advanced CNC machines—including 5-axis and Swiss-style lathes—to turn exotic metals like  nitinol, stainless steel, and nickel alloys  into surgical innovations that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines using detailed blueprints and layouts.

Inspect precision parts to ensure accuracy to blueprint tolerances and record quality data.

Make CNC program edits and adjustments for peak machine performance.

Perform basic  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)  tasks to keep equipment running at its best.

Partner with team members to drive  Lean manufacturing  improvements and solve challenges on the floor.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years  of CNC machining and setup experience.

Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.

Experience in medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing (a plus).

A sharp eye for detail, solid problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
