Service and Support Technician

The Production Associate assembles manufactured products and packs them according to specifications.

• Assembles system components, which requires positioning, aligning, and inspection to ensure accuracy.
• Visually inspects parts for defects and proper insertion and placement.
• Monitors and restocks parts bins as required.
• Reports problems and makes initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Adheres to and ensures compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements.
• Attain hourly output targets, while maintaining quality standards.
• May perform other duties as required.

• Flexibility & willingness to cross-train and learn all functions within the department.
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook or related software as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience working with semi-automated machinery in a commercial industry.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Regular attendance and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
