Production Manager, Packaging Engineer
Altium Packaging in Franklin, MA seeks a production supervisor to direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources used in manufacturing of packaging solutions. This exempt role covers a night shift (12:00 am–8:30 am) with a salary range of $62,800 to $77,000.
You will lead with the company’s guiding principles, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and supervise performance cycles, training, coaching, and promotions.
