Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

The RN would be responsible for oversight of the North region towns listed below and be assigned 2 homes in that region:

North Towns:
Billerica, Chelmsford, Holliston,
Franklin
, Bellingham, Northboro, Southboro.

M-F – no weekends.

• Help your patients live better by conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patients’ conditions.

• Collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers partners who prioritize patient outcomes as much as you do.
• Leverage your clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff to ensure extraordinary care.
• Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs.

• Education:
  
  Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience:
  
  One year of experience.
• Responsibilities:
  Would be assigned to programs in that region, be responsible for supervision of LPNs in that region as well as the potential to be sign up to become a Medication Administration Trainer for the state.
• Skills:
  
  Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving.
• Behaviors:
  Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible.
• Vehicle:
  Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
