As an LPN at The Gardens at Cedarwood, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents in a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Performing routine vital signs and monitoring resident conditions
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in resident care assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement care plans and measure resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Contribute to a positive and respectful resident care environment
• Participate in staff development and education activities
