WhatYou Will Do
As an experienced Field Service Technician, you will work with Fuel Dispensers and Point of Sale equipment. Your responsibilities include:
- Repair and/or replace hardware on fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment.
- Assist with general maintenance needs across the property.

- Perform petroleum equipment and EV charging service and installation calls professionally, timely, and with quality.
- Complete job paperwork for each service call immediately after service.
- Complete training courses to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
- Act as a resource for customers; provide product support to maintain relationships.
- Juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.
- Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
- Be a team player.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel with the possibility of overnight jobs.
- Experience with Point‑of‑Sale installation and repair required.
- Experience with Wayne or Gilbarco dispensers is a plus.
- Experience with Verifone is a plus.
- Experience in computer networking is a plus.
- Clean driving record and ability to work safely required.
- Capable of lifting equipment up to 75 lbs.
- No traffic violations on driving record.
