- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and vans; keep job sites clean and safe
- Read basic blueprints, schematics, and work orders as your skills develop

- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in building a career in HVAC
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and work in tight spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and take direction
- Completion of, or enrollment in, an HVAC/R vocational or technical program
- EPA 608 Certification
- Some experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade
- Competitive hourly pay with structured raises as you progress
- Hands-on training and a clear path toward Massachusetts licensure
- Medical, dental, and FSA beginning after 30 days
- 401(k) with company profit sharing, plus additional benefits after 90 days
