About the Role

Warehouse Associate / Package Handler – Franklin, MA (10 Kenwood Circle, Franklin, MA 02038)

Shift: Thursday through Monday, 12 am to end of sort.
End of sort defined as completion of all required sort work and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Pay: $19.00 per hour (weekly pay).

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Maintain safety as a core value.
• Work as a team player to get the job done.

• Ability to stay on feet while working – active role.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull 25‑35 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.; and sometimes up to 150 lbs. using pallet jack or gaylords.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Gloves and work boots recommended.
• Forklift experience is required.
