Hope Community Chapel seeks Lead Pastor in Franklin, NH

Hope Community Chapel (HCC) Baptist Church is looking for a Lead Pastor with the calling to shepherd this congregation and community and be the first among equals on the deacon board. HCC is a small church in a growing community in the Lakes Region of Franklin, New Hampshire.

Qualifications of the Lead Pastor include being an ordained minister or a minister that will be ordained within 1 year following his election to this position. He shall be in complete accord with Baptist doctrine and shall become a member of this church. The Lead Pastor shall meet all the biblical requirements for this high and holy office (1

Tim. 3:1-7).

The Lead Pastor shall preach the Gospel regularly, administer the ordinances, supervise the teaching ministry of the church, watch over its membership and spiritual interests, and organize and develop its strengths for the best possible service, as well as engage in community outreach. Other qualities of the Lead Pastor include humility, knowledge of scripture, story telling, inspiration, lived experience, and good communication.
