About the LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant Role:Career Staff partners with companies nationwide to elevate healthcare standards through quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, dental care, bladder functions, medical preparations, ear and eye care, and positioning.
- Perform nursing functions as directed, including perennial care, catheter care, turning residents, bathing, recording vital signs, weighing, restorative procedures, observing skin conditions, updating care plans, and reporting changes.
- Prepare and assist with meals, record food and fluid intake, and provide post-meal care.
- Maintain confidentiality, treat patients with dignity and respect, and report complaints or incidents promptly.
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and inventory management; report equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols, ensure cleanliness, and report violations.
- Participate in training, orientation, and staff education activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or license eligibility in the state of employment.
