CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide hands-on care and support to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being through direct patient care and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Follow care plans and document patient information accurately.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs through compassionate interaction.
• Comply with facility policies, vaccination requirements, and resident confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and active state registration.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to follow detailed care plans and procedures.
• Must bring a valid  wear a photo badge at all times during shifts.
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination or present valid exemption documentation.
