Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping their departments meet goals. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 or older.
