Job Description

Three Rivers Wreath & Plant Company is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our seasonal production and distribution team for the holiday season.

This is a physically active, fast-paced position involving loading and unloading trucks, assisting customers, moving products, and supporting daily warehouse and outdoor operations.

We're looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks and customer vehicles.
• Move, organize, and stage wreaths, greenery, and other seasonal products.
• Assist customers and fundraising groups with scheduled order pickups.
• Help maintain organized and efficient warehouse and loading areas.
• Support general production, packaging, and distribution activities.
• Perform additional physical labor and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and remain on your feet throughout the day.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work in cold, rainy, and wet conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and contribute as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a major plus, but not required.
• Previous warehouse, landscaping, agricultural, or general labor experience is helpful but not necessary.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.

Schedule & Availability

• Seasonal employment throughout November, with potential work extending into early December.
• Must be available for a potentially Monday–Saturday work schedule during peak seasonal operations.
• Hours and workload may vary depending on daily operational needs.

Working Conditions

This position involves a relatively even mix of indoor and outdoor work. Our business operates regardless of typical November weather, so applicants should be prepared to work in cold and rainy conditions.

This is an active position requiring physical stamina, frequent movement, and the ability to keep pace during busy loading and distribution periods.
