OverviewJoin our team as a Window Helper to support the Windows Department in ensuring that all materials and components are processed, inspected, and ready for the next step in production. This role is fast‑paced and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities- Pre‑pack and inspect finished products per customer specifications using safe work practices.
- Identify and communicate product quality deviations; assist with resolution.
- Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork and production orders.
- Assist the Operator with set‑up and change‑over activities as directed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
- Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Actively engage in safety programs.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Stable work history; preferably six months experience in a manufacturing environment or other physical labor job.
- Commitment to an accident‑free and drug‑free workplace.
- Quality‑conscious, oriented to excellence.
- Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level.
- Well‑developed problem‑solving skills; creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
- Record of dependability and reliability.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Starting Pay Rate: $19.56 - $19.88 per hour.
Available
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7 am – 3 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm
- 3rd Shift: 11 pm – 7 am
- 12‑Hour Days & Nights: 7 am – 7 pm; 7 pm – 7 am
