This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

- VACATION:
Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full-time service. Eligible employees are provided an additional week (40 hours) of vacation after completing one (1) year of active employment and two (2) weeks (80 hours) of vacation on each anniversary date thereafter. (Adjustments may apply based on state/local laws.) 120 hours after five (5) years. - SICK/PERSONAL:
Eligible employees are granted 8 hours (after 6 months of employment) to be used before their first (1st) anniversary and 16 hours each subsequent anniversary (years 2-5). 24 hours after five (5) years. - Employee discounts are available from day one.

Description
We are currently looking for a Retail Store Management Trainee to join our team! This role offers an hourly wage plus commissions based on performance and store success. The pay rate ranges from $13.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
This position is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in fast-tracking into a Store Management role, requiring at least 1 year of retail management experience.
Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.30 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary
The Store Manager Trainee is responsible for daily operations, team leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the Store Manager to develop staff, meet financial goals, and ensure store standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer engagement and issue resolution.
- Training and developing staff.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Store opening and closing procedures.
- Asset protection and inventory control.
- Financial analysis and profitability improvement.
- Ensuring store standards and compliance.
- Loan and merchandise management.
- Self-development and team communication.
- Acting as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.
- Experience supervising others.
- Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Working 45+ hours per week.
- Computer literacy, cash handling experience, organizational skills.
