Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Foreman or Right Hand Roofer to join our team—the Roofer with experience in either Metal, Low Slope, or shingle Roofs.
Basic Roofing Qualifications
- Must be able to travel.
- Must be able to pass a drug test at all times.
- Must be able to tolerate the outdoor elements and weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Must be comfortable with high-pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high-rise buildings.
- To be able to use SMARTPHONE APPS for the roofing industry.
Foremen Qualifications
- Knowledge of all roofing products and applications.
- Leadership qualities to manage and lead a large crew of 6‑8 team members.
- Organized approach to work; accurately process paperwork; meet deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
