Senior Accountant role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that's expanding rapidly and modernizing its financial operations. • Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close for multiple entities (centers).
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting packages.
• Review income statements and balance sheets; analyze variances and identify improvements.
• Serve as the main accounting point of contact for several locations, building strong relationships with on-site staff and leadership.
• Support new acquisitions and help integrate centers into the accounting structure.
• Collaborate with leaders across Accounting, FP&A, and Operations on special projects and process enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by innovating and strengthening financial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• 2-5 years of accounting experience (Staff or Senior level).
• Strong understanding of GL accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Multi-entity or healthcare experience preferred (ASC experience a plus!).
• Experience with Sage Intacct a bonus, but not required.
• A proactive, positive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
