Interim Senior Accountant | Hybrid | Healthcare

Overview

Our Vaco team is partnering with a healthcare client in Franklin, TN in support of a Senior Accountant. This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days on-site in Cool Springs. This is an interim to start, with strong potential for contract to hire. This is an estimated 3-4 month project to support across month-end close, journal entries, prepaids, reconciliations, physician compensation analysis/reporting, bank reconciliations, and various GL clean-up and ad hoc projects.

• Support month-end close activities and full cycle accounting processes for a healthcare organization.
• Prepare and post journal entries; manage prepaids and reconciliations.
• Conduct physician compensation analysis and reporting; assist with GL cleanup and ad hoc projects.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other general ledger activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a month-end close capacity/full cycle accounting in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience with a large ERP (Sage Intacct preferred).
• Multi-site/healthcare accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to start right away and commit to 3-4 months.
• Local to greater Nashville/Franklin area.
