$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Annual Bonus

• Own the Books - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 12 to 15 business clients using Quick Books Online. You ll ensure everything is accurate, timely, and clean.
• Lead Onboarding Projects - Review, clean, and set up client financials, including Quick Books, payroll, and login systems. Help them get started on the right foot.
• Grow Tax Skills - Support and prepare business and individual tax returns (S-Corps, 1040s, 1065s) under the guidance of a CPA. This is real experience that builds real muscle.
• Work Smarter with AI - We embrace automation. You ll help us test and integrate smart tools that improve accuracy and free up time for higher-value work.
• Pursue Your CPA or EA - We’ll reimburse study prep, provide paid time off for exams, and offer a bonus package valued up to $5000 when you complete your license

• Mentorship That Counts - Work directly with the firm owner, not buried under layers of hierarchy.
• Balance Without Burnout - Start with a 32-hour week outside of tax season. Expect about 40-45 hours during peak times.

• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience in public or small-business settings
• Experience with Quick Books Online and general ledger management
• Exposure to tax prep for businesses and individuals
• Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability
• Someone who thinks like an owner, not just an employee
