We’re seeking a motivated Junior Accountant / Tax Associate with at least 1 year of bookkeeping and tax return experience who wants to grow rapidly within a dynamic organization.

• Assist in preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Help maintain and organize client financial records
• Collaborate with the tax and consulting teams on planning projects
• Communicate professionally and maintain client confidentiality
• Contribute to process improvements and firm‑wide initiatives

• 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation
• Working knowledge of accounting software (Quick Books or similar)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset and professional attitude
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Franklin, TN
