• Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP‑compliant reporting.
• Prepare consolidated P&L statements and balance sheet analyses for leadership.
• Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records while ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to support decision‑making.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting workflows.
• Collaborate across departments to meet deadlines and complete bank reconciliations.
• Research complex accounting issues and recommend solutions.
• Take on ad‑hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
