What the day will look likeAssist the Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients (including complex clients) and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Account Managers will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.

Skillsthat will lead to success
- Maintains effective and positive relationships with Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of moderate importance and complexity.
- Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned. Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, and account team members.
- Handles client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc
- Gathers and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the
- Actively supports and monitors the renewal At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies, and endorsements.
- Where applicable, serves as the primary point of contact with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed efficiently and quality of client
- Primary collaborator with Premium Accounting on client billing
- Receives and handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and endorsement
- Serves as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, Worker's Compensation posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy
- Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections. Addresses and resolves problems.
- May provide guidance and mentoring to a less senior account Delegates work to support staff and ACS where applicable.
- Ensures tools are understood and Performs related duties as assigned.
- College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Please Note:

- Property & Casualty brokers license preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start
