The Sales Operations Specialist supports all sales channels - wholesale, direct contractor and retail sales. They are responsible for optimizing and maintaining systems and technology, supporting sales processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across functional teams. This is a versatile role that supports continuous improvement and sales effectiveness through data analysis, process improvement, training, and support for internal teams.
Essential Functions- Serve as key liaison across various sales systems and supporting technology, including Net Suite, Hub Spot, Power
BI, Microsoft Suite, Aircall, , and customer/vendor portals. - Ensure that system integrations, data inputs/outputs, and workflows are functioning as expected; collaborate on troubleshooting and solutions.
- Create and maintain Hub Spot dashboards, views, and reports to support sales planning, insights, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Administer CRM user set up, data hygiene, and process flows, train users on system changes.
- Assist the retail team in tracking and managing key events such as inventory management, load‑ins, promotions, compliance, returns, reviews.
- Manage product setup and maintenance in backend systems for major retailers and Amazon Seller Central.
- Own team meeting cadence, administer invitations and meeting rooms, and ensure relevant materials are prepared and distributed appropriately.
- Deliver ad‑hoc reporting for KPIs, communicate trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support the onboarding process for new wholesale and direct channel customers, ensuring accurate account setups in Net Suite, Hub Spot, and related systems.
- Provide backup support for order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for wholesale, retail, and direct channel orders.
- Collaborate with the orders team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyze current processes and recommend solutions to streamline order entry and invoicing.
- Identify and take lead on sales support needs, such as updating sales tools, PowerPoint presentations, and fulfilling digital asset requests.
- Partner with the marketing team on projects to ensure sales teams have access to current resources and collateral.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records, SOPs, team playbooks, and resource libraries to ensure visibility and access to key product and marketing assets.
