Base pay range: $43.00/hr - $52.00/hr

📍 Hybrid – Franklin, TN (3 days onsite)

• Review and validate import and export documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate customs clearance activities through brokers or self-brokerage processes
• Determine and apply correct HTS and tariff classifications for imported products
• Partner with vendors, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to manage shipment execution
• Resolve customs clearance issues, discrepancies, and documentation errors quickly
• Prepare and submit commercial documents for import and export shipments
• Audit vendor and freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records for audit readiness and compliance
• Enter shipment data into systems for tracking, visibility, and reporting
• Support internal and external audits as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Operations, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience with import/export operations and customs processes
• Working knowledge of tariff classification, HTS codes, and trade compliance requirements
• Experience using ACE or similar customs and trade systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable communicating with brokers, forwarders, vendors, and internal teams
• Organized, self‑directed, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software

• Operational ownership with real responsibility, not a back‑office role
