As Director of Sales
, you’ll shape market strategy, build lasting client partnerships, and lead a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional results. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving business growth and mentoring others.
- Drive new business partnerships and strengthen (!$) client relationships to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Sell hotel rooms and meeting spaces through proactive outreach, proposals, site tours, and follow‑ups.
- Identify emerging opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a talented sales team (Sales Coordinator and Admin).
- Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve ambitious goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster accountability and success.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with revenue arcs and marketing teams to optimize positioning.
- Leverage CRM tools and industry reports to track performance and drive results.
- Partner with other departments and Drury teams to grow business across multiple properties.
- Support budgeting and revenue planning initiatives.
- Deliver professional, personalized service to clients and guests.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience:
5 panna 10 yards in sales (hospitality preferred), including 1–5 years in leadership. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, or related field). - Skills:
Exceptional communication, organizational, and computer proficiency. Ability to travel and make in‑person sales calls. - Leadership:
Proven ability to manage teams, drive results, and create a winning culture. Psy>
