Responsibilities- Partner with fundraisers, data analysts, and tech teams to design and implement enhancements that support fundraising and donor engagement
- Recommend best practices for streamlining workflows and strengthening system performance
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide fundraisers with clear, actionable insights
- Troubleshoot data and system issues, partnering with technical teams for resolution
- Support Gift Services processes by ensuring accurate and timely gift entry and donor support
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Salesforce features and related platforms
- Provide training and onboarding support for new hires to ensure effective adoption of CRM processes
- Bachelors Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements, supporting users, and improving system processes
- Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from stakeholders to define clear requirements
- General understanding and curiosity of how systems and processes work
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), particularly in reporting and dashboard creation
- Organized, detailed, and customer focused
- A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement, with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values
