Product Manager

About the Role

This product management role leads the execution of a product roadmap while balancing iterative delivery with regulatory rigor. You will work with customers, developers, and key stakeholders, use data to inform decisions, contribute to product strategy and go-to-market activities, and present product progress and demos at program milestones.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.
• Being familiar with and using customer frameworks (e.g. Jobs To Be Done, personas).
• Autonomously analyzing situations and data.
• Executing on go to market launch plans as required. Contributing to building collateral and marketing materials and providing input and expertise.
• Directly addressing customer complaints.
• Leading the execution of a product roadmap for assigned area(s).
• Leveraging tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality based on the development methodology in place. Participating and contributing to process improvement activities.
• Meaningfully contributing to development and execution of the product strategy.

Requirements include:

• Experience with Payments and Merchant fees.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of payments, merchant services, or fintech platforms.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance, fraud, risk, or chargeback workflows.
• Experience with payment channels such as eCommerce, POS, IVR, or electronic check processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
• Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.
• Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
