Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.

• Collect information, record data and estimate the cost for all large construction sheet metal projects for which the company places bids.
• Complete plan analysis, develop materials lists, perform bid take-offs, bid and interface with sales department.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with sheet metal/mechanical estimation.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction and sheet metal/mechanical systems; field experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to be trained on company-specific applications and software.
• Auto Bid Sheet Metal (formerly Quick Pen) experience a plus.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to manage high stress of tight deadlines and forecast budget accurately.
• Independent work and effective team member.
• Multitasking capability.
