Position DetailsThis role is perfect for someone who thrives on customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run community. As a Service Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents feel heard, supported, and truly at home.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents in person, by phone, and via email
- Receive, log, and track maintenance service requests with accuracy and care
- Communicate urgent issues promptly to the maintenance team
- Enter and close service requests in the MRI system
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up
- Support the Community Manager and Service Manager with additional projects as needed
We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow.
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Basic maintenance knowledge (a plus, not required)
- Ability to connect easily with people from all walks of life
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
