• Assist dentists during general, restorative, cosmetic, and other dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow proper sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-operative care.
• Anticipate the needs of the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
• Build positive relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a seamless patient experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration required.
• A genuine passion for patient care and exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• A dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and anticipate the needs of others.
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
