Your work will ensure that every child receives the highest quality education and the tailored support they need to thrive.

About

the role

This role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including academy leaders, staff, and parents, to inspire and empower teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for all pupils. • Champion inclusive education practices and tailor support to meet the needs of children with complex and additional needs.
  • Engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, parents, and external partners.

If you are a passionate and visionary leader dedicated to transforming the educational experience for children with SEND and SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you. This role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people and shape the future of specialist education.

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary educational leader who:
  • Has a proven track record of improving educational outcomes, particularly in SEND and SEMH settings.
