• Differentiate and personalize academic instruction and support social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees ora teaching credential is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics,Humanities, and Electives), following content standards - curriculum and resources provided.

• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.

• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

The Franklin campus is growing! We are looking for Humanities team members who would be excited to start small, support with subbing and campus programming, but be open to growing into a larger and busier schedule in due time. This position will likely be 10-15 hours per week to begin with.
