Garver is seeking a Transportation Roadway Team Leader to join our growing team in Franklin, Tennessee
. The role involves mentorship, training as a seller-doer, marketing services, client interaction, and career growth opportunities.

• Develop project/task schedules for active projects
• Facilitate coordination with subconsultants and internal design team members
• Provide oversight of plans production for transportation design projects
• Prepare plans, cost estimates, reports, and calculations required for client deliverables
• Lead engagement and interaction with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders

Technical experience should include:

• Geometric design for roadways/interchanges
• Construction sequencing and traffic control
• Utility relocation coordination
• Marketing activities, including proposal production and participation in interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• PE license in Tennessee or ability to obtain reciprocity within three months
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, MUTCD, TDOT design manuals
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-first mentality
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred skills:

• Experience in consulting engineering focusing on TDOT or other DOT projects
