We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee to provide technical leadership on contamination investigation, remediation, and environmental compliance projects in the Southeast region. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and under budget while preparing proposals and bids.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects that address environmental challenges in Tennessee. You will plan and own project delivery, provide creative solutions, identify and solve problems, and manage client relationships.

• Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures.
• Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver preset outcomes for an area of responsibility.
• Elicit complex business requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Conduct complex feasibility studies and complete cost‑benefit analysis on implementing changes.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with contract service providers within an established contract management plan.
• Develop product specifications and design test procedures and standards.
• Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.
• Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches.
• Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.
• Manage relationships with small clients and assist senior colleagues with larger key clients.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Tennessee.
• Residency in the state of Tennessee.
• At least 10 years of experience in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of environmental regulation and compliance.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and adapt swiftly to changing client needs.
• Proven excellence at all stages of the project life cycle, from preparing bids to project delivery.
• OSHA 40‑Hour HAZWOPER training.
