*** Corporate Real Estate & Facilities manages Franklin Templeton’s leased and owned global offices, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming. The team supports collaboration and innovation through on-site services and a dynamic work environment. We work closely with internal partners and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. ***** Experience, Education & Certifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of experience without a degree.
* 10+ years in facility management or real estate.
* Valid driver’s license and CFM or CPM certification.
** Technical Skills
*** Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture.
* Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software.
** Soft Skills
*** Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
* Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
