TMP is a nationally recognized architectural firm specializing in healthcare, commercial/office, education, and government/civic facilities. As an Assistant Controller you will support TMP’s daily financial operations and long‑term goals, partnering closely with the Controller on financial oversight, reporting, and process improvement. You will provide clear financial data to non‑financial audiences and help the organization grow its financial leadership.

• Support daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely recording of transactions.
• Partner with the Controller on financial oversight, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver high‑quality financial information.

• Strong attention to detail and a solutions‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to adopt new tools and systems.
• Initiative and self‑motivation to take ownership of tasks.
