The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Prior Experience Working in Financial Services Industry (Preferred)
• Active State-Specific Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)
• Series 65/66 (Preferred)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in finance or similar field (Preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own and maintain advisor calendar appointments to make sure preparation work is complete
• Generate and provide various reports to advisor
• Participate in client meetings, track and complete follow up items generated in client meetings
• Take detailed notes and enter information into database for financial plan preparation and review
• Case design and illustrations of financial products best suited for client
• Assist in marketing out to prospects
• Help with seminars/workshops from start to finish
• Prioritize day-to day tasks and issues
• Assist advisor with meeting individual and team goals
• Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
• Maintain database programs
• Respond to client inquiries as needed
• Complete and process servicing requests as needed
• Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
• Provide market research on various investments and amendments
• All other duties as assigned
