What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Develop and implement proactive tax strategies for business owners and executives
• Collaborate across tax, consulting, wealth management, and estate planning divisions
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and client confidentiality
• Help improve internal systems and enhance the client experience

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in small‑business or high‑net‑worth tax
• Strong understanding of entity structures, planning, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Growth mindset and passion for serving entrepreneurs and leaders
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Franklin, TN
