REQUIREMENTS- Previous mortgage experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant, or in a comparable mortgage support role
- working knowledge of the mortgage process and borrower documentation
- strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- excellent communication
- ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- availability to work in our Franklin office
Support the loan officer throughout the mortgage process, collect and organize borrower documentation, follow up on outstanding items, communicate with clients and referral partners, coordinate with processing and closing teams, and track loan information and deadlines. We are looking for a proactive team member who takes pride in delivering a professional, personal client experience.
