Guest Services Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

Blo Blow Dry Bar is hiring for its Cool Springs/Franklin, TN location – a part-time position (~25 hours) is available for the following shifts. Additional hours can be given at Nashville and Mt. Juliet locations. Weekend availability is a must. Closing is required for weekends. We close at 6 P.M. on Friday and at 5 P.M. on Saturday. Shifts vary. Option for additional hours opportunities in the future.

• Comfortable working with scheduling/booking software
• Oversee the management of appointment calendar, optimizing schedule and maximizing bookings
• Enjoy discussing and selling hair packages/memberships and beauty products
• Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians

• The ability to work weekend hours (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience/Scheduling Software experience an asset
• An eye for cleanliness and ability to perform cleaning tasks
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer
